6.1–6.8% ABV | 12 x 330ml bottles
Explore two sides of cask-matured Scottish beer with this Innis & Gunn mixed selection. Irish whiskey and Caribbean rum cask character make an interesting comparison for adventurous beer drinkers.
Inside the pack: 6 x Caribbean Rum Cask (6.8%) and 6 x Irish Whiskey Cask (6.1%), all 330ml bottles.
Irish Whiskey Cask brings chocolate, espresso and vanilla; Caribbean Rum Cask adds rich fruit, rum spice and a warming malt finish.
Innis & Gunn began in Scotland in 2003 after discovering the flavour that cask maturation could bring to beer. That interest in the meeting of beer and wood remains central to its identity.
