La Trappe Dubbel is a rich, dark Trappist ale with plenty of malt character to explore. A good choice for those who enjoy dried-fruit depth and a rounded finish.
Caramel, roasted chocolate and vanilla aromas, followed by full malt flavour with dates and dried fruit.
La Trappe's brewery was established in 1884 at Koningshoeven Abbey in the Netherlands. Its beers continue a Trappist tradition in which brewing supports the abbey and its charitable work.
